Directions to Mountain Lodge Farm from Tacoma/Seattle: (mapquest or google will steer you wrong)

Follow signs to I 5 South

Take I 5 South to Tacoma, continue on I 5 and  take exit 127 (512 east towards Puyallup) (right exit off freeway, then a left turn onto Highway 512)

Follow 512 east and exit at Highway 7 (signs to Mt. Rainier and PacificLutheranUniversity). Make a right onto Pacific Ave. This will put you onto Highway 7 (also called Pacific Avenue, changes name to Mountain Highway).

You will enter Pacific Avenue at about 112th cross street and you will follow it just beyond the 398th St. cross street (about 18 miles or so). You will pass through Parkland, Spanaway, Elk Plain.

When you cross the 702 intersection with lights you are 3 miles from the turn off listed below.

Just beyond 398th cross street you will see a sign for Dean Kreger/Stringtown.  You will make a right onto Dean Kreger.

Follow about 2 miles (continuing straight through a stop sign) to a left turn (just past the cow field) onto Roedomsky Road (left just before the yellow no turn around sign).

Follow this road about one mile and then you will see the entrance gate to Nisqually River Forest Reserve (just beyond the sharp turn to the right at the end).

Behind the mailboxes there is a keypad, call Mountain Lodge Farm to be buzzed in if Sunday Cheese Shop.


To navigate to the farm from the call box: make right through the gate, take 4th left onto 37th avenue east, and left into first driveway on left. If gate is closed you will need to buzz the farmhouse.  

It will take you about 45-60 minutes from the Tacoma area to our farm, about 75 minutes from the airport or up to 90 minutes from Seattle (traffic dependent).
